An Inviting City. An incredible experience.

BullStreet is known as the largest urban redevelopment on the East Coast, making it the epitome of the new urban playground. Easily accessible to three major interstates, it sits as the gateway to Columbia, S.C., where infinite opportunities await. Hundreds of miles of trails, three rivers converging downtown, a bevy of festivals, a dynamic music scene, historic landmarks, Gamecock sports and Fireflies baseball are just outside your front door — where the natural awe of the great outdoors blends beautifully with truly Southern culture. In the heart of South Carolina, tradition and tomorrow pair perfectly in Columbia.

Featured Amenities

Segra Park

Segra Park is home to the Columbia Fireflies, a Kansas City Royals affiliate that's hosted more than 1.1 million fans. Almost every weekend is filled with things to do at the Fireflies stadium. From baseball to beer festivals, the stadium has become the heart of the BullStreet district and a place for people to meet up for a lunchtime game or bring the kids for a fun-filled night.

Page Ellington Park

Everywhere you walk in BullStreet will be a stone’s throw away from green space and the great outdoors. Have a tranquil moment by the water, picnic under the shade of a canopy tree, bring your dog to the park, or take a jog under our newly paved pathways.

BullStreet’s newest amenity invites you to rediscover recreation — every single acre of it. This 20-acre park named for Page Ellington, a self-taught African American architect and builder, features a 2-acre pond, the newly daylighted and restored Smith Branch Creek, a fenced dog park and ample green space for hours of recreation. Page Ellington Park joins Columbia, S.C.’s ever expanding list of beautiful locations to enjoy the outdoors all year round. Time to play.
