The First Base Building is the largest private office building constructed in downtown Columbia, S.C. since 2009, and it sits adjacent to the world-class Segra Park. A fifth-floor, outdoor roof deck for tenant events overlooks the ballpark. WestLawn at BullStreet is being designed by Perkins & Will to be Columbia’s first Cross-Laminated Timber (CLT) office building and will be comprised of 4-floors of Class A office space over 1-floor of retail. The building will sit in the heart of the retail district (across the street from Starbucks and REI) and will have covered access from an adjacent parking garage, which will be constructed simultaneously.
