Here are some recommended routes to help you find some of the District’s most iconic landmarks.

From I-26, continue on I-126 into Columbia and go straight onto Elmwood. Follow Elmwood to the intersection of Elmwood and Bull Street, and at the light, continue straight into the BullStreet neighborhood. Turn left on Pickens, passing historic structures like the Babcock Building and the Chapel. Turn right on Williams Street. Travel one block and turn left onto Boyce St. You have arrived! Parking is available in the fields just north of the stadium.
From the S.C. State House/Lexington/West Columbia/Cayce, take Gervais Street east and turn left onto Bull Street. Continue straight past Elmwood and prepare to turn right onto Freed Drive, marked by two large oak trees just before the intersection of Colonial and Bull. After turning right onto Freed Drive, “wiggle” to the left and right to wind your way up to the entrance plaza of Segra Park. Parking is available in the fields just north of the stadium.
From I-277, continue onto Bull Street and turn left on Colonial Drive. Turn right onto Boyce St. (unpaved) to head south, cutting straight across the ballpark parking fields and curving up to the ballpark plaza. Parking is available in the fields just north of the stadium.
From Five Points/Shandon/378 East, take Harden Street north and turn left onto Calhoun Street. Turn left onto Barnwell Street. Take the third left onto Saunders Street, then turn right onto Boyce St. and continue one block, past the First Base Building. You have arrived! Parking is available in the fields just north of the stadium.
2142 Boyce St., Columbia, SC 29201
The First Base Building at BullStreet is the largest private office building constructed in Columbia since 2009. This four-story, contemporary office/retail building is located at 2142 Boyce St., immediately adjacent to Segra Park and the Ensor Building.
From I-26, continue on I-126 into Columbia and go straight onto Elmwood. Note: This is not an actual bakery; there are no baked goods for sale here, as much as we all love cupcakes and scones. (Mmmmmm, scones.) The building served as the bakery for the S.C. State Hospital campus and was renovated as a historic building in 2016 to house innovative tech startups and creators like the SOCO coworking and event space. The Bakery at BullStreet is located at 1721 Saunders St., across the street from (and directly south of) Segra Park in the BullStreet development.
From the S.C. State House, take Gervais Street east and turn left onto Bull Street. Turn right onto Calhoun Street, then left onto Barnwell Street. Take the third left onto Saunders Street, which runs between the Bakery and the ballpark. There is parking on Mills Street, directly behind the Bakery, as well as parking along Saunders Street and a new surface lot adjacent to the outfield of the ballpark.
From I-277, continue onto Bull Street and turn left on Colonial Drive. Turn right onto Boyce St. (unpaved) to head south, cutting straight across the ballpark parking fields and curving up to the ballpark plaza. Continue south on Boyce past the ballpark. Turn left onto Saunders St.; the Bakery is on the right. There is parking on Mills Street, directly behind the Bakery, as well as parking along Saunders Street and a new surface lot adjacent to the outfield of the ballpark.
